Typically, inspection reports can be 25 to 30 pages long, but each and every page is simple and easy to read.

During the inspection, John will evaluate 500 items around your property. Very valuable information about each item is reviewed in this report. You will want to keep this report on hand for future reference. The items will each have a separate line in the report which states the condition of that item. It will inform you of which items around your property that are in working condition, in need of repair or maintenance, or further evaluation from a repairman.

Items in need of repair or replacement will be accompanied by a photograph that further explains its condition.

Inspection Reports also include a summary of the inspection, however, because of NC and SC state regulations, some items might be left out of that summary. We encourage you to read the entire body of the report to ensure that you have all the information that you need to make important decisions regarding your property.
