What Does a Home Inspection From Starmark Inspections Include?
During the inspection, John spends three to four hours carefully evaluating the property inside and out, and even underneath! If you’d like, you can accompany John on his inspection and see exactly what he sees, every step of the way. We want to make sure you feel as comfortable with the results as we are.
After the inspection, you can discuss with John the areas of the property that require maintenance and he can share with you many techniques and tips about maintaining your property and keeping it at it’s best! You will receive your full Inspection Report within 24 hours of your inspection time, which will include in-depth information about specific needs that your property has.
In addition to a thorough inspection and detailed report, you will also receive our expertise for LIFE. As our client, we want you to feel comfortable coming to us with any questions that you might have during your inspection or home buying process AND during the years to come. We Work Around Your Schedule!
We know that your schedule is often booked solid, and we aim to make your life easier. John schedules two inspections each day, one at 9 a.m. and another at 2 p.m.. This allows for plenty of time to thoroughly complete the inspection, however, if you would like to schedule your appointment earlier than 9 a.m. or later than 2 p.m., that can also be arranged. If a weekday doesn’t work for you, we can also arrange for a Saturday or Sunday appointment to your convenience
